I agree. Hard to imagine a 5 star review these days! However, Buzz and the BuildX team were incredible! We had a significant insurance claim from water damage requiring restoration of all three floors of our home. My biggest kudos go for communication: Buzz is a Master of Communication … in person, by phone, text or email. We always knew what, when and who would be at the house on a particular day (and if no one for a day …we knew that too!) He stayed within our agreed upon budget and finished BEFORE the target date! He was very flexible, working around our needs as we stayed in residence for part of the renovation. The site manager, Steve, was very professional and informative, as were all the subs. I highly recommend BuildX for any renovation or construction project. Buzz will give you a complete and detailed document with his estimated cost… no hidden agenda! Buz, Alexandra and the team at BuildX have been a pleasure to work with on our major remodeling project in Falmouth. From the initial consultation and design they listened to our priorities and tastes to come up with a plan that met all of wishes. Alexandra provided invaluable input during the decision making process that can be overwhelming at times. We found working with Buz and the entire BuildX team a delightful experience. All employees were respectful and professional with a high regard for the owner's needs. They arrived on time and put in a full day of work and left the jobsite both inside and out neat on a daily basis. I found Kevin to be a great job manager, keeping us up to date on a daily basis by text or phone on what to expect. Stevie and Steve-O were a delight as well and good workers we enjoyed having them as part of our "team." It was apparent that Kevin had a good repour with all of his workers and that there was mutual respect among them. I found working with their designer Erin very helpful when making my choices for colors, counters etc. We LOVE our new apartment, and love Buz, Kevin and the BuildX team.
